Poster Information: There will be two poster presentation sessions. Presenters allotted for PosterSession A (Friday May 23rd from 4:30 to 5:30pm). Presenters allotted for Poster Session B(Saturday May 24th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm).Poster presentations will be hung on 4 x 4 poster boards, push pins will be provided. Presenters should be available at their poster for questions during their allotted session time. Presenters can hang their posters at any point during the day before their session and will be asked to remove their posters 5-10 minutes prior to the end of their poster session. 

Oral Presentation Information: All oral presentations will be given in person, with a time limit of 10-minutes. Please have your presentation loaded onto a USB. Presenters will be able to add their presentation onto the computer 15 minutes prior to their session.  

Symposium: Aseries of three to four presentations given in person, with a time limit of 40-60 minutes (including 8 minutes of Q&A discussion with your audience). Please have your presentation loaded onto a USB. Presenters will be able to add their presentation onto the computer 15 minutes prior to their session.
